General Camera-Ready Guidelines

Your final versions should include author names and affiliations, acknowledgments, and any other details that you may have omitted from the original submission for anonymization purposes. Please note that author data will eventually be pulled from PCS, so it is important that names, affiliations, and primary email addresses are stylized exactly the way you want to see them in the ACM digital library and on your paper. For example, if you use a personal email address (xyz123 [at] hotmail [dot] com) as your primary contact email in PCS, then this email will appear on your paper.

General Submission Guidelines

We follow the same formatting and general submission guidelines as ACM CHI Conference.
See Preparing Your Final Source for Overleaf and Word instructions. We are summarizing some important guidelines below:
Word Users

Please note that you will need to apply the ACM Primary Article template (as opposed to the submission template) as described in Preparing Your Article with Microsoft Word, before uploading to PCS. You will need to download the new template, and follow ACM’s instructions to attach the ACM Article Template to your accepted submission version and prepare your paper (still in single-column format) for final submission.

Additional Instructions for properly preparing your manuscript may be found in the following ACM document.

Overleaf Users

The main thing you need to do is to update the flags in the documentclass in the main file. \documentclass[manuscript,review,anonymous]{acmart}
to
\documentclass[sigconf]{acmart}
